The Company
WH & Sons are a construction, development and project management group anchored in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga focused on residential property development and construction in the Lowveld. All engineering, construction and marketing is done in-house. Projects completed in 2006 are valued at R200m and includes two security townhouse estates (Hillside Manor and Riverside Gardens) a bachelor flats development (Joneses Place) and the prestigious Shandon Estate development. The driving force behind WH & Sons is managing director Janti van Zyl, a registered professional civil and structural engineer. WH & Sons received the 2006 NHBRC's certificate as Highly Commended Home Builder of the Year, Mpumalanga.

RECENT PROJECTS (sales value of R165m – completing in 2006)

	Hillside Manor (sales value of R70m – own development and construction) 114 sectional title units complete with infrastructure.
	Shandon Estate Phase 1 to 3 (sales value of R75m – own development) A benchmark eco development in Nelspruit consisting of 170 stands on a 700 Ha future nature reserve.
	Joneses Place (sales value of R17m – own development and construction) 60 bachelor flats

NEW PROJECTS (expected sales value of R165m – commencing in 2006)

	Village Apartments (tender value of R12.5m – construction only) Construction of the 7-storey apartment building commenced in March 2006.
	At Golf View Estate (expected sales value of R160m – own and joint venture development, but with own construction) 240 full title cluster homes commenced in August 2006.
